Shipping policy

All orders ship from within Canada. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days across Canada. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.

All prices include shipping and handling within Canada. Prices are not currently subject to HST.

Orders shipping outside of Canada may require additional shipping costs. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you by email with the additional amount before your order ships.

Personalized items (including custom mugs, blankets, and birdhouses) require extra production time. Please allow 1–2 additional weeks beyond standard shipping for these items.
